My recommendation: GO TO ANOTHER STORE.
Wow! The supervisor Shannon let us in the changing room and left. She was no where to be found when we needed help with sizing, etc. After finding what we needed by ourselves we headed to the registers to pay. We were the first person in line and we waited 8 minutes to get any help. There was one girl working behind the registers (it wasn't busy), but she was on the phone with Discover Card because the lady in front of us wanted to use her card and their Discover system was down at the store. UGH!
Worst thing about this whole experience is... The Supervisor and another cashier came in a side door with cups of coffee from the nearby coffee shop. I can't believe how S-L-O-W this whole process was. I will be going back to Town Square for better customer service and a better selection of clothing too. Overall experience here was not acceptable.
