  • We love Camden Sotelo! We have lived here for a little over a year and a half. I usually don't take the time to write reviews - but this place is absolutely 5-star worthy and here's why: Staff: The staff is incredible. They are dedicated to providing the best living experience to the residents. Any time we have had ANY issue, question, or concern, Albert or Amanda takes care of it, usually within the same day. The maintenance staff (Adam and Justin) is very prompt and thorough, even providing recommendations for us on how to upkeep our apartment. Besides being helpful, they are all just great people to talk to. We love stopping to talk to them about their families, life, and anything else going on! They also take any recommendations to heart -- any ideas you have for improving the community, they consider and usually act on those! Facilities: The gym and pool are the perfect size. Most of the time when we go to the gym, we usually have it to ourselves and it feels like our own personal in-home gym. The pool is a great size for the complex and the furniture makes it easy to lounge outside and enjoy the sunshine. The pool is great because, unlike other places in Tempe, its not a constant party during the summer. The complex is a mix of young professionals, students, and families, so the pool area and shared facilities are never trashed, rowdy, or noisy. Its really nice! Apartment: We live in the Jade model and we feel like we have our own house. We've NEVER had a noise issue (seriously, NEVER). It's like we don't even have neighbors! Yes, the planes can be loud with the windows open, but its never constant and we are willing to sacrifice a little plane noise for living close to the airport, ASU, nightlife and freeways (for easy commutes). The apartment itself is beautiful and so spacious. Everyone that comes over tells us how big our place is - and we are usually paying less than they do in rent! We honestly have the best of both worlds -- feel like we live in our own house, with all the benefits of apartment living! Our fantastic living experience here prompted me to write this review. Camden Sotelo and its staff is deserving of praise and recognition for all the great things that they do for their residents. We really appreciate it and love living here! We look forward to many more years with Camden :)
