  • Tim and I took a brief walk-about Squirrel Hill on a Saturday and stopped by IBC for a quick brew. We arrived about a half hour before dinner, which we were thankful for because we decided not to eat there and the place was calm and quiet. Service was great even though we didn't eat! The servers were attentive, but they also let us chat without disturbing us. Though, I do wish IBC had a print out of their beers for the day - we sat in the dining area and half of the menu was blocked by people in the bar area. All in all, we both loved the beers we had - he had a Grist House that I don't remember the name of and I had a Brew Gentleman White Sky (amazing). I am excited to go back and eat!
