  • Caught a nail in my tire, in a spot that could not be repaired. I had purchased a road hazard plan when I bought the car, but had no paperwork with me. Findlay Service said to bring it in, and they would figure it out. They had to order the tire, it came in the next day, they had it mounted and ready when I showed up, they mounted it, stored the spare, and gave it a wash. And they did figure out the road hazard, took care of the claim. Cost to me. Zero.
