  • Thanks to the Service Team and Champaign Ford City. A special thank you to Derek Scroggins (Champaign Ford City Service Manager). Derek was able to take a bad situation that could have turned very ugly and turn it into a positive outcome and experience. Derek went the extra mile to assist me in working with Ford Motor Company and Ford Warranty Services, acting as my liaison and being my voice within Ford to ensure service provided met my expectations and the repairs were done right.
