  • I stayed at this hotel at least 5 times. Amazing customer service ! I asked for an upgrade and they did it with a small charge. I also asked for a late check out and they did it for free. The rooms are beautiful, I highly suggest the Panorama suite. Everytime I stayed there, I never had any problem. Walking distance to pretty much everything. Complexe desjardins, chinatown, ste catherine streets.
