It already takes forever to get called back and on top of that the staff is very rude especially the lady who calls back. My dad speaks both English and Spanish but it's easier for him to explain in Spanish what is exactly wrong and I usually translate for him and never had I been told I wasn't allowed to. It was even worse because he had went in because he lost his voice and pretty much needed someone to speak for him and when I started to tell the lady she was like "umm I can't have an interpreter I need it to be coming to from him" as if she was mocking me. Never in my life have I ever heard that. Like I am his daughter and I simply don't understand. I've even been to the actual hospital with other family members that need a translator and not once have they told me they can't have a translator or that I am not allowed to. Let alone the fact that this is just a quick care is ridiculous. Never coming back to this rude staff, it seems like they couldn't care less about their patients, and unfortunately they were no help.
