  • I just had lunch at Inca's with a coworker. From the moment we entered the restaurant, we felt like a part of the family. The waiter explained they import much of their food from Peru, so it was a very authentic experience. We asked for help deciding & he pointed out the Braised Lamb Shank (tender, delicious) and instead of Diet Coke, Inca Diet Cola (a nice change.) This was more than a meal, it was an experience I look forward to repeating soon.
