  • Visiting a friend for a Birthday Pool Party. Awesome atmosphere and great amenities. The apartments are a decent size and are not to choppy, which I have seen in other similar apartments. I cannot speak on management or the grounds after sun down but I can speak on the experience I had at this party. I really enjoyed myself in the pool ( of course) and I had a great time getting to know some of the residents which enjoying the pool. I felt that the atmosphere was diverse and welcoming and appeared to seem like an interesting and awesome place to visit and live. One draw back.. Not enough parking for guests. I can imagine parking real estate can be trivial .. but realistically for someone to have to basically park on the street and walk half a mile to visit with their family and friends is ridiculous, especially on weekends and popular holidays. Unfortunately I also heard a person was towed who parked in the incorrect visitors spot.
