I was heading to the mall and did a favor for a friend, exchanging a couple sweaters for her. I went into Macy's upstairs to the men's section and asked at a counter where two employees were standing and talking about their New Years plans if they could help me find the sweaters in a larger size, either in the store or online. They just directed me over to another desk where I ended up standing and waiting for 15 very long minutes while a man's shopping trip was slowly rung up. When it was finally my turn the sales woman looked up the sweaters on the computer. I figured I had to go to this specific department because the sweaters were found here. Why couldn't the first two lazy sales women do this?
I can tell you that you wouldn't get this kind of customer service at Nordstrom. It was absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time.
