  • I am quite disappointed in this place. This is obviously one of the small dawgs in the big airport realm. Tgey share the space with 2 other entities and when I got here on Super Bowl Sunday the line was pretty long. I do not remember the other rental company sharing space, but the 3rd was Sixt and there was hardly anyone in that line. When I finally made it to the counter, it wasn't the most fascinating experience or any level of apology. For some reason my credit card needed a pin that I had to call my CC company to request. Never had that issue with any other rental car company and I travel once a month. A couple of people ahead of me were trying to dispute the charges or had unnecessary charges... so that is never a good sign. The hooked me up with a Yaris (sarcasm inserted here). This car had seen better days... the front and back bumpers were falling off, chip in the window, weather stripping missing, dents and scratches on almost every panel and I had to mark it, vs them walking around and annotating it with me. I had to go back to the desk and transcibe the notes onto another sheet (one for them, 1 for me). As I was driving out, I noticed the car had 71k + miles and was a 2015... Holy batman... thought the rental car companies sold the cars after they hit 36,000 miles? I would say that they were cheap, but $380/week (6days) for the crappiest car is far from cheap. I rented in Tampa the week prior for $180/week (7 days). I guess it is supply and demand? The return process wasn't that fluid either. They were understaffed and each lane (if you could see the sign) was for a different return. Far right was Fox, middle was Sixt, far left was the other company (I believe Ace). To summarize, you get what you pay for and expect long lead times for the car rental and return.
