Sat AM brunch/lunch. very impressive. 500 items so it's a challenge to try everything, but I recommend the fresh-squeeze juices in a bottle -- don't get OJ from the staff. the fried chicken was impressive, crispy outside and juicy inside, can't usually get it like this. also I was rather surprised by the pho and ramen, and other tiny stations that will make things for you. while not all items are the best necessary, it's excellent for a buffet. crepes freshly made, interesting sorbet flavors. the tiny breakfast bite sizes are great, small little fryer baskets, plus ingenious little handles on the dishes to make them easy to pick up.
