  • Came in to pre-register last week and get blood tests done. It was too soon so I went in today. They had to redo my paperwork because the person who originally did mine completely messed up. I had their copies and papers THEY needed. Incompetent customer service. While I was waiting in the chair for the three women at my kiosk to figure out what happened, I was called on the phone by one of the nurses in the lab asking me when I was supposed to come in. Are you kidding me? I have one doctor telling me one time, this woman at the kiosk telling me another, and this nurse telling me the times I'm telling her are wrong (according to the schedule she had). Does ANYONE know what they're doing?! I asked this unnecessarily snooty woman (her name was Hang K or L), if anyone did and she says "I've been here for 11 years". Congratulations, do you want a cookie?? The facility is beautiful, construction is going on so it was loud, and the faculty hangs out in the patient waiting room, which I thought was unprofessional. Furthermore, this Hang woman comes into the room while I'm getting my blood drawn, to speak to the nurse who WAS HOLDING A NEEDLE IN MY VEIN. I can't articulate how uncomfortable and furious I was. Never ever will I come back here after my surgery and I will not recommend this hospital to anyone. Worst experience with customer service in my entire life! DO NOT COME TO ST ROSE DOMINICAN SIENA CAMPUS!!
