  • They ruined a 400.00 dress. It had been dry cleaned at Monterey last year without incident. The label clearly states "dry clean only". The owner, Lloyd gave the dress back and said it was a fabric manufacturer defect. What was most shocking was the owner's behavior. The dress is tattered with new black stains all over it. He offered 2.50 back for ruining the dress and was rude and defensive. He offered no apology and could care less about losing a customer. We will NEVER go back. We are pursuing legal action. *****please read filtered reviews. It has more examples of poor customer service from an unstable owner.
