  • I had the worst experience I ever had with this hotel. I completely understand they where in transition from the Monte Carlo to now what is the PARK MGM so I tried to be understanding but I stayed for 5days and the whole reason why I booked at this hotel is it says online they have a wave pool and a lazy river well to my surprise they only have 2 pools and one hot tub..... ok if the pool is no big deal for you what about customer service I have never been treated so horrible in my life in a situation where I spent so much money to stay in this hotel. My first friend arrived to a room with one Queen size bed when I reserved a room for 2 queen beds and they told him they over booked and they will cover a one day resort fee I'm like seriously one day ok whatever and then I had a problem with my room keys every single day and when I went downstairs to deal with guest services there was no line and guys behind the desk not doing anything so I approached the desk and said my room keys aren't ---- boom I get cut off and couldn't even finish what I was saying until he told me to go wait in line but there was no line and then he said wait to be called. Rude as it could get I was in a room where the sink would clog up and the lights would flicker for about 2 mind straight until they actually started working and when I had a problem with my room keys they called security but they never came to help. There was soooo much construction and that also wasn't posted as a update on their website so it was quite annoying and super loud..... it was so horrible.... I was treated so horrible during my birthday stay and if I knew it was going to be like that I wouldn't have stayed. It was the worst stay ever and I will not be returning to this hotel never again. I hope they get it together..... I DO NOT recommend staying at this hotel unless you want to feel stressed out and disrespected during your whole stay.....
