| - I just had the worst- and surprising- experience at this store. Before I left on this trip, I stopped at my local Coach and purchased a new bag and strap. About an hour after I left the house to go to the airport, I noticed that the decorative charm on the strap had fallen off. As a longtime and frequent Coach customer, I did not worry and popped into the first Coach I saw to exchange. The rather rude salesgirl (possibly French accent, she mumbled, so hard to tell) informed me that "faulty products are not their problem"... seriously? As a Coach employee, all products are most certainly your problem. I was so taken aback, I left the shop and called my store. They were appalled and embarrassed and apologized profusely. I will be going back to my home store to take care of the problem. The girls at surrounding shops, Vuitton, etc. were absolute dolls and so helpful- I can see why their stores were busy and Coach was empty. Extremely disappointing. I have a long history with Coach, so I do realize this was an isolated incident, but this particular location will not see my business again.
