  • In the last year I've traveled back and forth to Pittsburgh frequently and this has been my hotel of choice. The staff is AWESOME! I wish I could shout that from the rooftops. If I ever run into anyone in the hall or in the lobby they always smile and ask me how I am or if they can do anything to help. They are the epitome of professionals. I can't say enough good things about the Omni. If you're ever in Pittsburgh you should splurge and stay here.
