My wife and I went there to get a joint account. We were told by the rep that it would be in the neighborhood of $140 a month including the cost of the phones, and that after 2 years the phones would be ours to keep. The bill is now somehow $190 a month. Additionally, we were never told that there is an extra $200 due after the 2 years is up if we want to keep the phones. They also failed to mention that there is a $200 deductible on the insurance plan, rendering the plan useless for most repairs.
The only thing worse than the customer service is the cell reception. I can see a tower from my house however there never seems to be any consistency with reception. Calling their offices is no help as you will be told there is an outage, then the next person will tell you there is no outage and then blame the phone.
It is shocking to me that such a large company can operate so poorly.
