  • We really enjoy the Fish Bar, and we're anticipating a positive experience at the Mentor Local Tavern. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and were seated immediately. We waited about 10 minutes and were never approached by our server even though the table next to us was given attention 3 separate times while we sat and waited. At one point their waitress looked straight at us without saying a word even though we were looking expectantly at her, expecting a greeting of some sort. Even saying "I'll be right back" or "I'm not your server but I'll go find them" would have kept us from leaving, but we weren't even acknowledged, so we left.
