  • I chose this company because of reviews. In my opinion it was not a good choice for a pool company for me. Dan constantly complained about something with the pool and criticized everything from the system to the solar. It was his job to work on pools but it felt like he didn't want to actually work. Perhaps he felt he was doing his job by pointing out every little itty bitty problem but it always came across as if he was trying to make money or reprimand the owner for being so stupid to have the particular pool system and solar. I was not looking for a warm fuzzy pool service but I found Dan to lack professionalism and his constant negative attitude about everything was not the kind of person I want working for me. His prices were also higher than my previous service which was not a problem if his attitude was not such a downer to deal with. To his credit, he did answer phone calls promptly.
