| - April 29th, we went to the Home & Garden Show. One of the main goals we had on our to-do-list was to find a landscaper to do our back yard - this would be the first time in 49 years that we would be hiring someone to do the work for us. After almost 17 years in our current home and the fact we are not getting younger, it's time to delegate. We signed up to have three different landscaping companies come to our home to create a design and give us an estimate. Two gave us designs right away while the third took two months and long after we had selected CYC Landscaping. Michael Larchick, Design & Sales Consultant for CYC was the second person to look at the area to be worked on and came up with what we feel is a FANTASTIC design for us. We will admit that CYC Landscaping is NOT cheap, but they are well worth the cost. We met with Mike several times getting everything fine-tuned before we met with Sean Kirby, the Service Manager. Wednesday of last week, the work started. Reid and his wonder team (Joey, Ken, Cody, Brock and Dannon) worked long and hard for six days to complete the job and Sean came by every day to check on the work being done. We could not be happier with the completed project. Because this is Arizona and our days are HOT, we told the crew that they were more than welcome to use our patio room for their lunch break and any other breaks. We felt that they needed to get out of the heat and into an air-conditioned area. We have a little refrigerator in there that they could also use (but I don't think anyone did). Every one of the team were always neat, clean and soooo respectful. Not one left without thanking us for letting them use the patio room. Several told us that NO ONE had ever done that before. Hearing this made us feel that we had really done something right for this outstanding group of hard-working young men that put in 10-hrs plus every workday. Additionally, last night it was getting dark when they left. Thus, Reid came back today and put in several additional hours on his day off to clean up in front of our home as well as fix a problem in the sprinkler system. If you want first class landscaping that you can really be proud to have your friends and family over to enjoy with you, a company that you can honestly say are the best, call on CYC Landscaping. YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG. (I would attach pictures but I can not figure out how.)
