| - Oh my gosh.
The worst car place I've ever been to. I should have listened to all the negative reviews on here before coming, everyone is right.
I came in one day with my parents, there were several options to look for in the lot. I test drove a couple and I found one I loved. We went inside to look at the car fax and find out exactly how much it was exactly. The girl that was helping us, plus a few other employees all told us it would be around $12,999. Horrible decision we made, but we started filling out paperwork before we even committed to buying the car, they said they needed our information in order to see exactly how much it would be. After about an hour, a different salesman talked to us, said the car would be $14,999. Plus tax, title, fees, they also charge you an extra $700 for the windows being tinted, it was over $18,000. What?! We were not happy with this price. We argued with a few of the salesmen all of them saying "we never told you it would be around $12,999 that price that's too good to be true." After that, we decided this place was not for us, so we asked for all of our paperwork back since it had a lot of personal information on it. After 10 minutes, the financing manager "Mr. Mitchell" told us we could not get our paperwork back because they needed to keep it for 7 years incase we sue them. First of all what??? All of us were confused, then my dad began asking him questions and Mr. Mitchell took a step forward into my dad's face and kept saying "go ahead." Go ahead what?! Do you want my dad to start throwing punches or something?!! Then my mom tried talking to him and he got in her face. Then he told us we were "welcome to leave." This guy was the worst, most aggressive and unprofessional salesman I've ever met. My family and I are still so shocked and disappointed that we were treated so horribly. He should be embarrassed. This was by far the worst experience for buying a car I've ever been through and I'm only 19 years old. The only thing I want is my information back, they know my social and I didn't even buy a car from there, that makes me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. I also want Mr. Mitchell to get the bad karma he deserves for treating anybody like he did to my parents and I.
Do not go there, even though their vehicle prices online are reasonable, they upcharge so much. Also their employees are actually the worst. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE except this place.
