  • Terrible experience. I scheduled my tire install that I had delivered from tire rack on Thursday for a Saturday afternoon. Saturday morning, I was informed that there was no way they would ever "get to me" despite my appointment. Seems they favor walk ins over actual appointments. If I hadn't called to ask a question, I wouldn't have known I was even bumped. They didn't even intend on calling me to tell me. I will never again attempt to give them any of my business. They guy that I spoke with was incredibly rude, and really ruined my morning. Luckily, on account of this experience - I discovered my new mechanic, with the added benefit of being much closer to my house. So, I guess I should actually be thanking you, since your terrible business practice caused me to find a better garage! Thanks!
