rev:text	Awful experience!!! After having my king size comforter for a week, and a pick-up date for Thursday, they call to say they can't even clean the comforter due to the stitching style(whatever that means), they also would have charged me $50 to even clean, which is super high for a basic cotton comforter(nothing fancy/expensive)...but I also took a king size pillow sham in to fix a broken zipper & after taking 2weeks to complete, they charge me $30 BUCKS!! $30 dollars to replace a zipper...are you kidding me!?!?!?And even worst, the owner said they give prices/quotes upfront, which if that was true, I would have fixed the damn zipper myself vs. pay $30!!! I don't mind paying a little more for good service, but this was NOT good service & more so, I don't appreciate someone lying to me about giving a price quote, much less the owner of the business!!! I WILL NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!
