I scheduled my appointment and I arrived a couple minutes early. I could tell the minute I got there that something was amiss. I waited until the scheduled time then started my stop watch to see how long it would take for someone to notice me. About 7 minutes later Bryan noticed me and a couple of others parked behind me. He let me know that he just found out they were short handed and that he'd be right with me. He did just that and took care of me and the other two right behind me. I was impressed with the fact that not only did he step it up to make sure we all got greeted and checked in but he did not use the shorthanded staff as an excuse but rather a point of information to level set the situation. My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner and returned to me ready to hit the road. I've had a string of bad experiences with Thorobred/ @EarnhardtChevrolet so I was a little skeptical about taking it to another Chevy Dealer, but I also wanted to use the warranty coverage I had paid for. Kudos to Bryan for getting the job done and taking ownership of the situation. Unlike the other dealer he didn't justify the wait or use it as an excuse he just let me know what was going on and the fact that he was going to take care of it.
