  • This is the worst apartment company I have EVER dealt with. They are dishonest and incompetent. I had issues with them from move-in to move-out and after. They will not let you see the unit prior to move in. Don't even try to get help from the office or the corporate office. Be prepared to be charged for everything and not know why. Don't even try to understand their logic, because it's non-sense. I file all the appropriate papers to be removed from a lease, and a year later they decide, their own paperwork is not adequate to remove me and would like to charge $4000.00 for back due rent on an apartment I have not lived in for over a YEAR! The level of stupidity and dishonesty from this company is laughable. DO NOT MOVE IN OR DEAL WITH GREEN VALLEY COUNTRY CLUB! You will regret it.
