  • Great purchasing experience! I went to the store around 7:55pm thinking the store closed at 9pm. The store actually closed at 8pm. When I walked in, I was greeted by Chantelle who was the only one working at the time. She was very friendly, accommodating, and honest. No hard sales pitch or pressure to buy! Although, the store was closed she did not rush us to leave and asked us to check out all the beds to see which one was the best for us. We picked the bed we wanted and she gave us a great deal on the bed. We actually ended buying another bed as she gave us another great deal on it. We ended up leaving the store around 9:15pm. Thank you Chantelle for going the extra mile for us and your outstanding customer service skills!! I will buy again from Chantelle and send her many referrals!
