  • I had 72 Degrees perform a gratis check of my air conditioner after their sister company, Plumbing Masters, did some work in my kitchen. I expected some maintenance to be needed, as I had not had the unit checked for at least 2 years. Chris Palacios was the technician and did a fantastic job. He called prior to his arrival, and arrived when he said he would. He was conscientious of keeping my home clean, and he was very patient with and kind to my extremely-excited dog. He thoroughly explained what he planned to do prior to starting the check, then brought me out to show me several issues and things that needed repair. He was patient and also explained the issues thoroughly on the phone to my father. He made recommendations on the best course of action, as well as suggestions to save me some money. He was professional yet easy to talk to, and clearly knowledgeable. I really appreciated his service. The past few months, it seems no one wants to offer customer service anymore, so it was a breath of fresh air to have this experience. Chris earned a customer for life from me. Thanks!
