  • I got an offer in my email from MLife for a free three night stay at the newly renovated Park MGM. My boyfriend and I took them up on a two night stay from Sunday June 17th to Tuesday June 19th. We were a bit worried seeing the bad reviews on yelp but our experience was nothing like what other reviewers had experienced. We arrived at the hotel around 1130am and took our chances of checking in early. We were able to check in right away and got upgraded to a stay well suite. We used the self serve kiosk but an employee was there and available to help us navigate the process as well. Our room was facing New York New York, Mandalay Bay and the TMobile stadium. Not a bad view at all especially for the room being free. The windows were a little dirty but it didn't ruin the experience. I loved the art throughout the hotel and in the room and the decor and color scheme. The stay well rooms have an air purifier and the different lighting settings which were nice. The shower settings were also set on low so the water wasn't super rough but it did not have the vitamin c infusion that is known to be at the MGM Grand. The casino had 5-10 dollar minimum tables and it was easy to navigate. There is also a CVS right next to the hotel which was convenient. There are three different pools, not heated but why would you want a heated pool in 100 degree weather. Since this hotel isn't super busy yet it was nice to relax at the pool without the crowd. The music was also very chill and relaxing. The drinks are expensive but the same as any other hotel on the strip. They only have a couple restaurants available right now but I believe there will be more added soon. We only visited Primrose and it did not disappoint. We had the turkey club and the madame croque and they were both exceptional. I would definitely go back. The decor was super hipster but I loved it. All in all I would definitely stay at this hotel again. My boyfriend and I didn't really hear any construction noise and the hallways weren't as dark as some people were saying. We were able to navigate through just fine but I can see how some people may have trouble depending on their vision. We didn't park but we did find out parking is 15 dollars per day but if you have an MLife credit rewards card or the higher levels of MLife you get free parking. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend especially if the price stays pretty reasonable. I will most likely be back. Thanks MGM!
