Update:
I decided to reset my phone as was recommended and the touch ID still does not work nor do all of the properties of the screen. As the owner mentioned in his rant, they broke the cables to the home button, so a reset was not going to fix it. Any reputable iPhone repair business knows that. How convenient that he "banned" me from the store so I have no way of getting the business to fix the fact they broke my phone. Hey, I understand mistakes happen. Taking jabs at my character in a reply, not so much. How you respond to a mistake and own it shows a lot about a business.
