  • I can't believe the level of unprofessionalism this company demonstrates. She didn't show up for an appointment last week. We were very nice about rescheduling the appointment despite the fact that we waited for her to arrive all last Saturday. She tried to up the price of cleaning my house and during a discussion about it she consistently talked over me and disregarded my very reasonable statements. Naturally I got frustrated but was still trying to come to an agreement when she hung up on me! Then, to make matters worst, she sent the following text: "Oh u tried thats y u so mad lmao becuase we wont show and I hung up on u change your attitude it will take you further in life" With grammar that atrocious I'm not entirely sure what that text means, but I know its rude. Then, once I asked her to discontinue texting me, she sent me 3 more messages. I can not recommend more that you not use this company. No great deal is worth letting someone so aggressive with so little professionalism into your home. I will be filing a report with the better business bureau. I am actually glad that it all came to light before I opened my doors to this woman and her company
