  • RIPOFF Report!!! My cousin took her laptop here they said it needed a new HD. Wanted $200+ for the part and install. The part is $40 and it requires 4 screws I could teach any creature with opposable thumbs to do this. Shame on them taking advantage of people who don't know how things work. charging $119 for what essentially takes 30 seconds to do is criminal. Even if the the 119 covered up to 3 hrs of service this service would cost $3.72. ask a friend who knows a thing or two about computers and then still don't here!!
