  • I usually love Bath and Body I normally shop and the Park West Location on 99th ave and Northern. A few weeks ago I shopped at the Bath and Body in Arrowhead mall. I bought a body wash and then a gift card. In the middle of my transaction their system fails and they ask me to swipe my card again, I asked "this isn't going to double charge me?" and the lady replied " OH no it didn't go through on this end." So I swiped my card again, immediately walk out of the store and checked my bank account on my phone. I went right back in there and showed them that it had charged my card twice and the lady told me that it should drop off. So I wait a few days and it clears with my bank and doesn't drop off. So I call the store and tell them whats going on, they tell me to come down to the store that they had to reswipe my card etc.... so this morning I did and the associates basically told me to kick rocks. So NOW I am on the phone with my bank and have been for the last 45 mins, which in retrospect I should have just done in the first place to get my bank to file a fraud claim and get my $50 back. The associates at this bath and body this are rude and can't even work a cash register. Will NOT be returning and a few people I have told about this experience have mentioned they will no longer go to this location either.
