  • Best Escape Room experience ever! My girlfriend's daughters are big fans of escape rooms, they have done dozens all across the country. I have been to four different ones with my girlfriend and my son and his girlfriend had never been to one but were dying to try it out so... I decided to surprise my girlfriend by proposing during an escape room with all of our kids there. I told the kids and they were all on-board right out of the gate. I called several of the local escape rooms and was met by responses like, "Sorry, we can't do that..." or "I guess that will be all right but you'll have to do it in the lobby because you can't take pictures in the room" or, most often, "I will have my manager call you back" and then nothing. Then I called Exit Strategy South and they were so excited by the idea! They had done engagements before and had wonderful ideas on how to make the occasion special. There staff met with me prior to the event and showed me the room we'd be escaping room and we discussed where we could stash the ring to pop the question. Just super service all the way... The morning of the event my son delivered the ring and the staff placed it in the room. Everything went off without and hitch! My girlfriend was surprised, all the kids got to be there and barely cried at how sweet the whole experience was. Cannot wait to try out the other rooms after the wedding.
