  • I am so incredibly impressed with their customer service. I came in today to grab a few things and by the end of my shopping experience I felt like they were already my friends. So incredibly nice and welcoming, I love that someone is always there to greet you and make sure you are taken care of. They aren't pushy with sales and it makes me comfortable and want me to buy more stuff!! Way to go Lush, you are truly one of the best customer services I have ever experienced! On the topic of the actual merchandise, Lush has never put something on their shelves that I haven't loved. Their products work so well with my skin. I bought some things to take care of my healing tattoos and it is the most amazing thing I have used on my tattoos. In other words, anything with skin care, this is where I want to go!
