  • I feel really sad that I have to leave this review but I feel obligated to let others know. I went in for a tasting at Ruth & Ranshaw on 12/9 with my fiancĂ© and we loved everything we tasted. I was told I would get a quote from them a week later to cater desserts at my wedding... and I never heard from them again. I checked in via email on 12/14, 12/23, 1/4 and 1/21 and even had my venue planner try to reach out with not a single response. I also left several voicemails and never got a call back. I thought maybe there was an emergency or chalked it up to the holidays but then I continued to see them posting on their Instagram account. I'm super bummed because the desserts were delicious but their ability to communicate is extremely poor. Even if they did respond at this point, I would be concerned about their accountability on my wedding day. Wishing they would've done better. :(
