  • TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, worse petsmart in Las Vegas! This location would not allow me to get my cats nails trimmed on a weekend , two different employees were very rude when explaining this to me. I called the Charleston location and they set an appointment day of right away. I am astonished to hear that because I have a cat I can't get her nails cut on a weekend, a process that takes 4 mins total. I will never go back to this location again. They have the worst customer service!
