| - I've waited a year to write this review, because I wanted to be fair to the business. I've been using them to board my dog for the past year. She has been there 4 times, each time lasted between 4 to 7 days. Twice she came back with severe diarrhea which necessitated Vet visit and antibiotics. One time she came back severely dehydrated, she could barely stay awake for a day. The most recent time, she came back with a limp, front and back legs. I called to ask what might have gone wrong, as I expected, I was told nothing. Staff are always friendly ! I am just not sure what goes on behind the gate at this business, which causes my dog to be ill after boarding. With the Vet. bill after each visit, this place is a very expensive proposition for dog boarding. Time to look for a new pet hotel.
I decided to change from One Star to Three Stars. I realized when a dog stays at a pet resort, they tend to get very excited around other dogs. During the stay over, they may become extra hyper and accidentally sprain their paws, or injure themselves due to their own physical exertion. The resort can't be held responsible for this. The quarters seem clean each time I am there. You take your chances, like staying at a chain hotel, you may get a noisy next door guest, etc.
