  • Dr. Oswald office was recommended to me. I went to get some significant work done, crowns and repairs. After they insisted I retake and pay for the ct X-ray I had just done a week prior at the Endodontist, the gave me a treatment plan. The treatment plan they provided didn't include the dental insurance I had already used, although they knew that portion was used from my referral. I discovered it and called to cancel a deep cleaning they were charging me $430 for. The office staff said unless I complied and paid for the deep cleaning first, they would not do any of the rest of my dental work, including the crowns I needed put on after recent root canals. They didn't care that it would then cost me $2000 out of pocket. They told me I could wait until January to get the crowns done if I couldn't afford it all. That means 6 months with open root canals! I stated that I should decide which work I wanted done and they said they would not help me unless I followed their treatment plan. She then accused me of being aggressive although I hadnt raised my voice and was only reading their treatment plan back to her. After a few more minutes of being accused of being aggressive, I told her not to worry, I would never be back. I heard very good thing about Dr. Oswald himself as a dentist and the dental assistants were amazing, but his finance and scheduling staff are rude and have a God complex.
