Thanks Dunkin Donuts for annoying us this morning. We went drive thru and when we went to the window to pay and get our food they handed us our donut bag (we ordered 2), and noticed only 1. When we handed the bag back they told us "oh yeah we don't have strawberry glazed"... FIRST OFF you should have said that to begin with (even though that wasn't what we ordered), and SECOND OFF if you know you don't have our 2nd donut and charged us for two why wouldn't you ask if you could get us a different kind. To round out that experience I got home and my Americano with Mocha had NO MOCHA. I'm done, this place is losing when they can't get the basics down and on top of that have terrible customer service practices like charging you for a certain amount of food and having n problem handing us less.
