  • Recently came to this dealership to buy or lease a new Cadillac. Called ahead of time to schedule an appointment. I was asked if i was going to purchase on this visit. I said no. I was just trying to get numbers. Met with the salesman. Spent almost two hours there got all the prices i needed including what they offered me for my trade in car. Before i left a guy comes in the office looking more like a bouncer at a club than a car salesman.Then the pressure tactics began! Kept insisting they wanted to do business with me that day, willing to work the numbers, etc. Awful experience. High pressure tactics by car salesman turn people off and are unprofessional. Finally got out of there. Next day the sales person began calling me. I told him i was selling my trade in car privately as they offered me $5,000 below market value. He called me back and said they would match the price!! How did the numbers change overnight and why wasn't that the original offer!! Totally shady. Awful approach with a customer. First high pressure tactics to buy on the spot. Then moving numbers!! Would never do business with them. Whole operation felt dishonest. Stay away from this dealership!! Mike S. Henderson
