I wanted to try this the best ramen in vegas so I took a cab ride all the way to Monta in Chinatown. I'd say it's on par with with some of the better ramen places in Toronto but definitely not mindblowing. The tonkotsu broth is very creamy and the charsiu is thin but very flavourful and fatty. Definitely not a healthy meal. Also the broth was too salty to drink unfortunately. One more tip: they only take credit card if you spend over $10. I had to order extra charsiu and also 75 cent green onion to reach the $10 mark. Big mistake with the green onion. They put enough green onion on top to fit 4 meals probably. Yikes. A bit overkill.
