  • This place is Terrible, i got reeled in because of low prices! ( beware of all the add on's)Lessoned learned, you get what you pay for. Felt like we where all lined up like cattle.My appt was 9:30, did not see Dr. Vanderkleed until 10:20ish. He has a very flat affect & very peculiar. You could tell he hates his job! I had a bad feeling then. He wrote me a prescription for glasses & contacts that was too strong. I went back 1 week later & told the office staff, they handed me a different prescription & said try these. I went back today & explained to the office manger that the brand of contacts they gave me seem really cheap...i told her I wanted a different brand. She then hands me my eyeglass prescription that the Dr, altered to fit my new prescription. Mind you I didnt even talk to him a second time around, i guess he got this new prescription out his ass for the glasses. It was just a bad experience. I demanded a refund, they told me no. I tried to call corporate & their phone system is jacked up. Go to Walmart off Union Hills & see Dr.Pace, he is amazing. This place is shitty
