  • Do not come here the service is horrible. I recommend the Town Square location. I went in and two employees were flirting (man and woman), didn't even greet me, when I asked for help finding a certain bra the girl said, "Oh what size are you I don't think I have your size." I told her well you could measure me and she did but acted like she didn't even want to do it. Then after I asked her to help me find a 3 piece set she sent me to the dressing room with 0 items. The fitting room girl was rude too. She gave me a bra and I said oh no this isn't what I was looking for I need a three piece set & she proceeded to tell me,"This is my job you need to try this on." With a huge attitude and negative tone. Finally another employee asked if I needed help & I for the third time told her what I wanted. She said she would be right back and took like 5 minutes I walked out of the dressing room and saw her at the cash wrap. I told her of my bad experience and said she was nice but too slow and I told her about her coworkers. She said,"Yea I just got here they've been here all day."Uh really I didn't know that was an excuse for poor customer service. I then asked for the manager and told her About my horrible experience and that I was going to Fredrick's instead. I also told her how I was previously employed by Victoria's Secret at Town Square & how we would never treat a customer this way.
