  • I almost feel bad giving this place only 3 stars, but they just don't get me there! However, at their price point, I can't say that I'm sad that they don't. I've said before, "Nobody's ribs are better than my grandma's!"; a true southern Virginia cook. I've been here 3 times with my husband who loves their food so much, that he wanted it for his birthday dinner. I'm just not a fan having tried baby back, beef & pork spare ribs, pulled pork, chicken wings, catfish (which were thin and not meaty), waffle fries, Mac & Cheese, greens, yams & the peach cobbler รก la mode.... so, I have given them a fair shake. I grew up on dumps and dives which I'd love to find one in Vegas that I can fall in love with. Rollin Smoke BBQ just isn't it.
