  • I was planning to surprise my daughter and take her there one Saturday morning, so I checked the hours online the night before, and the website stated 9-6 for Saturdays. I told my daughter the next morning, and of course she was ecstatic. But when we got there the doors were locked and no one was there. The hours on the door said "call for Saturday/Sunday hours." I called the number and no one answered. Someone finally called back two hours later and left no helpful information in the voicemail whatsoever, nor an apology. Initially, I had given my review a single star, but after the nice reply posted below, and being a frequent customer, I decided to edit it, updating to five stars. I am glad I gave this another shot. My kids love this place, it's always very clean, and the owner is always friendly and remembers who you are. Great place for your kids to burn energy on these hot summer days!
