Huge mistake to buy a year of laser hair removal sessions from them.
See below what I go through every time.

BOOKING:
They can book me every month and a half or two months, complaining how busy they are.
RE-BOOKING
If I call ahead to re-book, they frown on the phone and book me a month and a half later. After which they make me feel like they are doing me the biggest favor.
TREATMENT
I get an irritation after every session. Their laser burns my skin, as they set it too strong - probably to get my appointment over with sooner. They re-use the gel transferring from one arm to the other and scraping my irritated skin with a wooden spatula. At the end, they give you a rough cloth to wipe yourself with.
RESULTS
Well booking me only every 2 months, you can imagine there are none.
The best part, they keep on trying to sell me more sessions for more areas..
THEY ARE A BIG JOKE. It's mainly just the overload of estrogen in that place.
ONLY BENEFIT
all their attitude, drama and arrogance toughens customer's character.
