  • This Red Robin has really turned it around in the last year or so. I've been several times in the last few months and even once they ran out of the new veggie burger. The manager felt so bad, she wanted to make something for me. I declined and had a grilled cheese instead, but it was very nice to know that she cared about my dining experience. She also did not charge me for the sandwich even though I did not ask for a discount and would have been happy to pay based on the service alone.
