rev:text	I decided to go here after my betta started looking really rough. The parking lot is very small. I went into the basement, where they have tons of fish, waterfalls, coral, etc. It's so fun looking at all the fish. Definitely a mood booster if you're feeling down. There are sharks in a large aquarium. Also neat to see. I had trouble finding an employee so after looking at all the tanks I decided to wait by a desk near the stairs. A man picked out the betta I was eyeing (royal blue with mustard yellow fins. Beautiful!) and an employee bagged the fish up. He asked if I needed anything. I said yes and explained my betta was sick. One of his eyes looks terrible. I told him I had pictures. He said that would help but was still helping the other man. I stood waiting a few minutes longer and another employee came over to see if I needed help. Chris was his name and he was so helpful! I showed him the pictures and he said it's hard to say what will happen as my fish has stopped eating. He said there is betta fix ($5.99), which was located upstairs and he took me to it. He read the directions, asked my bowl size and was very helpful. He told me when I add more, when to change his bowl, etc. Most places (pet smart) would say "it's over there" and point. I really appreciated his help. I did call before hand, and like most stores it's best to just go in. The cashier that cashed me out answered the phone and wasn't very helpful to whoever called. The lady I spoke with on the phone told me to take pictures of my fish and come in.
