  • Well, what can one say - dirty food prep area, young employees who don't seem to really know much about the menu or customer service. Tables in dining area left dirty. I sat at a table while I ate lunch and then worked a bit on my laptop. For two hours - midday - not one employee came out to clear/clean many tables. Truly unacceptable. Where is the management at this Panera? Where is the District Manager at this Panera? For now, I'm going to take my lunch time business somewhere on Center Ridge Road. Just not worth the hassles at this Panera location.
